Interpreting the API results

Is there any guide that explains how to interpret the results retrieved by the API calls ?Example: What does the values imply when calling: get-community-outlook-by-country ? Is the results in currency format? Or in LOT sizes? Active orders? Or history of sentiment spanning days/weeks/years ?
