Pound Mixed After UK Retail Sales

(RTTNews) - At 3.00 am ET Friday, the Office for National Statistics has released UK retail sales for February. The pound traded mixed against its major rivals after the data. While it rose against the franc and the euro, it changed little against the greenback and the yen.
The pound was trading at 1.2274 against the greenback, 160.11 against the yen, 1.1265 against the franc and 0.8818 against the euro around 3:05 am ET.
