Demo is the most important tool any trader can have and it is completely free. Why more traders do not use demo I do not know

My best day was the day that I decided to wait for a trade that i was 100% happy with. I did not take a trade that day but from then on I have been making steady gains

I think upward movement will follow later today. Might be a retest of the 1.1260 support first but I will be going long once the move down stalls

i agree. if you focus on important info like NFP and refrain from reading all kinds of "analyst" articles that helps with focus on what reall matters. working at higher timeframe also helps. never every even bother looking at anything less than 1H. it is just noise

Why don't you use H4? I also have never used it mainly because it seems like a weird in-between time frame but I have noticed some very reliable trade formations recently on H4

It is better to code something yourself. I would not trust an EA that I could not understand. It is very easy to understand MQL4 coding and there are plenty of resources teaching it. Dedicate 2 weeks to learning it and it will save you years of time and thousand of dollars

For a scalping strategy speed is critical but it is so important that you would need a specialist to provide you with a link to the markets. A retail VPS would not be sufficient

That is a very interesting comment about the discrepancy in mining costs leading to control of BTC. But even is Chinese miners held 50% they would not necessarily be all working together. If they did then it would need to be kept secret otherwise the interest in BTC would collapse. So achieving control would be extremely difficult in practice
