Importance of demo trading

I have seen many of us consider demo trading as dull. But for me not that dull at all, actually it is totally different , live account is the real market and many financial things affected the market , and it is different with demo account which is positioned as the “perfect market “ by the broker that we use, so that is why that market is good for newbie who want to trade as the place to learn only and make theirselves more familiar with the platforms.

Finding a right broker actually is a big challenge in 2017; because there are almost thousands on line brokers in retail market place and most of them are found to be scams. Before recommend at any brokers we the traders have to trade with them practically, we can open a minim account at any broker to see the performance how it works.

I think according to me, In spite of a good educational facilities that’s not possible at all to lead a comfortable trading life with certainly , if you don’t have a reliable support form a credible trading broker , because the broker can affects the result of our trading with certainly.

the leverage always works as a killer. Because the traders we have always fall a great loss by using leverage especially when high ration. But sometimes it brings profit very rapidly when there is real trading plan with great risk management approach. Actually forex market is too much risky and volatile. Risk is everywhere and from all trading elements leverage always contains more risk. so before trading with leverage we have to make sure how to manage risk in Fx.

In Forex trading fundamentally, all of novice traders start their trading with zero level! In addition, Forex trading is a knowledge based business! So, which new traders try to make real money by live trading before acquiring enough knowledge, they may suffer in their live trading account! That’s very simple! Yes, I also made common mistakes in my demo, but now my long term trading experience helps me to recover my bad trades!

I do not think at all there is leverage the best, in my opinion the best leverage is leverage that really suits our needs. Leverage is like a boomerang for our trading so we need to choose the appropriate leverage to the need for us to trade with the maximum. I have made my profitable trading strategy by using 3 default trading indicators, They are Moving Average, RSI and BB! Before adding this strategy in my live account, I practiced this strategy for 6 month in a row! It provides me 20% monthly return in average!

Earning is Forex is not easy at all. There is too many who loses money simply because they take it lightly. They think knowing minimum knowledge about Forex is good to kick off trading right away. They think they can earn good amount of money in here. But one thing I want to say in order to my trading experience , in Forex trading you like digging a hole, the deeper you dig the more chance its can turn into a well and get water.

for the newcomers risk management is really inevitable when trading with leverage , and by and large traders in particularly the newcomers fall a great loss by taking high leverage due to non-sense planning and zero risk management policy , nothing to do with high leverage at all. Actually leverage allows an investor to grow his market exposure to a level that exceeds the initial investments.

In order to me , high leverage does not leads high loss at all, if there is any loss by high leverage it is completely with stupid planning and zero risk management planning , nothing to do with high leverage at all.
