What Broker is the best?
in
Trading Systems
Dec 08, 2016 at 08:54
All brokers are about the same. The downside worries are:1 . Negative balance protection2. Spreads and Fill3. Lag and server hang issuesIn terms of regulation, no one will worry about FXCM so much compared to other brokers based on shady places. But FXCM itself, spreads are not that ideal. Reputation is good but they were also hit bye CHF movement last year, and had lost massive money and clients due to that incident.I would still prefer negative balance protection regardless of broker. But your amount is significantly higher than most retail FX traders here. You probably know best.

Thumbs up, right on point lol.Really for retail traders, the way we trade, the money we have is likely 95% will lose money. If they really want to avoid all these, then go for vanilla options trading, pay a small premium and that's the maximum loss. Else, any provider including bank cannot give you the quote in this market when flash crash. They all subject to live price and feeds from the open market. So any live position is at risk every second.

i studied how the EA trades, it avg after about 42 or smth bars, then uses some kind of position sizing grid.overall, i must say that system was good for a few years. But since last year, we saw CHF movements 20% non-leveraged, and it happened again for GBP this year twice!Any system will bound to fail.Imagine this, non-leverage can be 10-20%, what about leveraged? if using 1k account, trade 5k units already margin called. That's why overnight and weekend positions are prone to such gap and risk.stop loss is not even guaranteed for weekend trades or high impact news

They seems to have a system upgrade, and funds keep disappearing again from wallet.Likely their backend screwed up again in reconciliation.

why it seems bpge placed back his manager's capital again?are u gonna find new broker or continue trading on this platform. The over-leveraged on 1 currency pair last wednesday-today monday morning on usdcad was concerning.. because it was 1 directional.Normally, i see BGPE opening many other currency pairs, and avg only after 30 candles.

So you permanently quit and halt 112993? Or u are joining back after you have a new setup on new broker or still on the existing pamm on hotforex? It's not fair if u join back when high watermark might restarted making investor suffered heavy losses this month.
