Hi Sim,If you really want to make it a great system, tighten money management even further. And also, widen your pip range slightly in the system. This would enable you the opportunity to work with better and more reliable brokers. Alpari UK and FXDD are good brokers to try. Give it a go.....you are onto a great system, and you have to experiment to succeed. Any serious investor would be very happy with a 25% yearly profit, so dont chase unrealistic targets and risk everything. Regards

Hi Sim,sorry that this resulted in such a huge loss to your account. What has already been mentioned quite makes sense. Your system should not martingale, it is a good system which is able to still make profits without using the martingale system. Yes profits will be lower, but so will risk. At the end of the day, capital protection is the number one aim, profits are only good if you can protect it! Take out the risk, take lower profits, be safer. You do that you would be one step closer to having a superb system.regards

what happened in October? Massive drawdown, loss of profits and equity seem to indicate that the martingale system was close to imploding here. Then again, could be a technical fault.

I think it would be a really good idea if we could search by broker. I do hate it when traders hide their broker, as there is no advantage to this. I mean, if I use a reputable broker, why should I hide it? The only people who want to hide the broker they are using are those people who have something to hide. If you use Oanda, FxPro, etc then you have no reason why you should hide it. If you use an unknown or unreliable broker than of course you don't want to spread the word. So, in my opinion, brokers should always be shown without any option and we should also be enabled to search by bro...

thanks SIM. Worked :) ...5 trades, 4 wins, 1 open :) (yes, it is a scalper, low profits but many trades). I will look to publish the account to show the performance of the account if it starts doing well. One thing I still have to see is how it performance once the trend is broken and things go down and not up.

Hi all,I am more of an investor by nature, but I do try trading. Recently I have set up an EA but simply cannot make it work! I put it on the EUR/USD trade. The EA is added on the chart, yet no trades are taking place. Am I missing something? I would appreciate it if you could help me out :)Cheers,John
