Eric, you cannot just buy an indicator and become rich otherwise everyone will be wealthy here. I know why you are disappointed though. A very strong USD trend started this summer and if you had allowed only short trades (EURUSD) on your quantbar EA, you would have had a very good return by now (I don't know if it's was possible to parameter this on the EA). In other words, you need to have a fundamental view also (which is similar to a long term technical view). Ok, so I will hedge them in an other account as I think USDCHF will be volatile in the short term as market struggle to find an equilibrium and because of negative CHF deposit rates.Thank you for your rapid answer.

Unfortunately this system is going to blow up one day...but Shaun mentionned it. I also agree with you that it is not a strategy to keep losing trade -400 pips. It is definitely market timing that investor are looking for. By the way my account just blew up today with EURCHF...

So do I ! I also never trade against fundamentals and the long term trend. My only advice for you is to avoid trading simultaneously USDCHF and EURUSD otherwise you take too much risk for the same outcome. May be the correlation between USDCHF and EUSUSD is going to vanish in february when BNS is going to charge interest on deposits and we will know more about EUR future...Good luck with your trading!
