On Raw/ECN I typically see EUR/USD 0.1-0.3 + commission, XAU/USD 8–16 pts off-peak, widening around red news (normal).Slippage on gold during NFP/CPI exists but fills are fair - no weird requotes.Risk Tools: The in-ticket position sizer + visual SL/TP are underrated - makes it hard to fat-finger size or stops.
