Most likely, especially considering that shooting star candlestick on the daily time frame.

Or google them at the very least. Or check whether the local regulator has issued any warnings against them.

Right now it's just a tight range, I'm not opening new positions before a proper break out in either direction.

I think gold will continue dropping towards the next support at 1200.

That's really weird, because there's no way Gold is bullish right now. Even if retraces back to 1242 it will continue dropping afterwards.
Expose them.

CySEC fined CommexFX 50,000 euro for submitting false documents regarding their financial condition (http://smnweekly.com/2016/03/11/cysec-fines-commexfx-another-eur-50-000/). And they're apparently habitual liars too, because they got fined for the same thing before, and the fine was even larger.
Is demo trading enough before real account?

I agree, order processing speed is different between demo and live accounts. Usually it's best to compare the two by opening a small live account to see how both types of accounts behave, and if you're unhappy with the results you can always move to another broker.

So much about shorting, the pair is rising again and next target is around 165, I think.

It's still consolidating. The bullish trend won't be confirmed before it breaks above the previous high at 0.7527.

The trend is bearish in general, but that won't be confirmed before it breaks below the previous low at 110.97.

It finally broke above 0.7380 and range ended. I think there will be a significant move to the upside.

There is a doji candlestick on the daily time-frame, so it's possible it will start falling again.
Expose them.

Fxopening.com and fxopenpamm.com are apparently clones of the licensed broker FxOpen. The latter offers PAMM services, and the former makes unrealistic promises about profits, but neither has anything to do with the licensed broker (http://www.forexbrokerz.com/news/fxopen-warns-scam-websites-fxopening-fxopenpamm).

Always read the terms and conditions of a contract before you sign it and always work only with licensed and regulated brokers.

I agree, it didn't even test the double bottom when it fell. Next week there'll be a correction.

It's currently testing the resistance at 1.4220, a breakout above that level will mean it will likely continue rising much higher.

The NFP are coming out today, I don't think there's any point to try and open new EUR/USD positions right before the fundamentals.
Low time frame trading vs. High time frame trading.

In my opinion the 4-hour and daily time frames give the most reliable long-term signals, especially when it comes to reversals and the like. If one isn't as patient to wait for those, the 15-minute and the 30-minute time-frame can be used, I think, for relatively reliable short-term signals.

Banc de Binary got sued by the CTFC and agreed to pay $11 million in fines in relation to accusations that it has illegally worked with US citizens and solicited large amounts. The broker will pay $7.1 million in disgorgement and restitution, $2 million in civil penalties to the CFTC and $1.95 million in SEC civil penalties. (http://smnweekly.com/2016/02/26/banc-de-binary-agrees-with-us-sec-cftc-to-pay-11-mln-in-settlement/) Well, at least justice was served in this case.
