Well here it is.. I must say I think I am still in a bit of shock, but here's where it stands. Started with 11k. Watched the account hit a high of 16 k in 5 months. I'm thinking this is great right... then we have the trend for 800+ pips. Well as of last night the account is shot minus $600 salvaged. I was at RL 2 on the EUR/USD, GBP/USD, and USD/CAD with RL1 on the AUD/NZD. It's like it was the perfect storm. If all was at RL1 could I have sustained? IDK... I just know I could have closed all positions at the beginning of the week and at least kept my starting balance. Now nothing...

Y'know what's funny here... once again the Eur is trending and all of a sudden everyone is posting and getting worried. This happened back in Jan/Feb and people were freaking out then as well. Honestly I think it was trending worse back then too. Thankfully from what I learned back then I modified my risk levels. What am I learning from this particular trend? Based on past history, the amount of money I have made on the EUR/GBP pales in comparison and yet is digging into my margin. So when this thing snaps out I will lose the pair... end of story. But that EUR/GBP has been trending fo...

When I modified my RL setting the other day I noticed a new setting... "liquidation" Does anyone know what this does? I am thinking it might be a nice way to allow the EA to shut you out of a pair completely. Anyone?

Out of GBP/USD myself with a $.58 loss. Minor for sure but looking at the money that was risked for that has me altering the EA to RL1... just too much! I think I had a total of 2 lots locked up. NOT GOOD!!! But... the EA works. I remember back in Oct when the market was trending like this too and I was just using a demo. I hung in there to really put this to the test and sure enough it got out of it. So when it started trending this time with a sizeable account I just hung in there again. I will say that real money vs. demo money does make a difference for my own nerves, but still hung in the...

Eur/USD baskets closd for me and reduced to risk 1 with a $56 profit. But... then one of my foul GBP/USD trades hit 600 pips... so much for the profits and I have a HUGE exposure. Need that final turnaround here!

Does anyone have a ray of hope on this eur/usd and Gbp/Usd trending. Hanging in there, but need a nice reversal! After this round I think its time to go back to risk level 1. Also.. should u change the risk level in the middle of trades going on?

I concur... on my live account I am trading 5 pairs (EUR/USD, GBP/USD, EUR/GBP, AUD/NZD, USD/CAD) and I would say 60% of my trades are coming from the EUR/USD and GBP/USD.
