Nothing is to be improved, I’ve not come across any problems that can’t be helped with. When I had a problem I got in touch with customer services and they helped right away. Customer services are quick at responding as well, they got back in touch with me in roughly 10 minutes.

It’s great, I did a trial before but decided to go live this time and I’m glad I did. I’ve missed out on some trades as I’ve been driving but when I have done them I’ve got money on both. On my trial I made a lot of money so I’m hoping to do the same with the live one

Spreads in volatility time. In a few moments of the day, at specific times, on specific assets, the spread suffers to find the zero spread balance in a few minutes (this on the ecn account)
