This PUPRIME broker is the 4th one I've used in many brokers. The chart is quite stable. There were times when the system had issues, so I checked for a quick refund. Backend service, quick integration.
I want this standard to be maintained.

Many aspects because they like just losing customers, as soon as you become profitable they don't send you your money

One of the worst brokers of the planet. I was fighting for withdrawal of my money since 10 days starting from 28 April and they always denied my money by asking to contact someone from their team and which never responded to my emails when I contacted them.
I have worked with many brokers, but this bad brokerage type I have never met, that doesn't send you your money.
I would stay away from this broker....

After 10 days of asking my money from this broker they still not sending me my money. It is the world's first broker that does this denial for me. Never in my life I met such a (ç e a t e r) broker that doesn't send you your money....nor they reply to my emails which they asked me...

Day 11 and they come with regular reply "Withdrawal reversed" on email:
"Please reach out sales manager for assistance"
But they don't reply to countless emails sent to them nor on LiveChat...

After they deduct arbitrarilly from my account 311 USD on 9 May 2025, finally they let me withdraw what was left from the t h e f t, and with doing so I don't recommend everyone putting any deposit with this broker as it may happen also to you the same....
This has not happened with any other broker that I work since 4 years on forex (to remove arbitrarily my profits)

So far we have been working with PU PRIME for the longest time. I had only few issues together with our clients but we were able to solve it. I hope they won't change like other brokers after some time.
