I would like to create a small virtual trading team

I'm an experienced FX trader and quant software engineer looking to build a virtual prop desk using Skype chat. My style of trading is algo-driven intraday mean reversion during the high volume U.S. session hours and closing out all positions at the end of the day. make a team for what? compare analysis each other?
