Boy is ok. But it is mess right now.
It looks like I have to adjust to new schedule. Got to PC like losing all focus, also returned to work 2 days ago. so it's new schedule now. Not very good but no choice.
I can watch market now form 3:00 to 5:30 a.m. EST and then form about 10:00 a.m. to 1:120 p.m.
bad day. it looked like a loss of focus. It was easy to trade while trading like full time. gotta adjust to new situation. plus lack of sleep.
lost all my weekly earnings today. crap.

Thank you Steve. It proves again that psychology is numero uno in trading.
I am going to start trading Fridays too. Not enough time so cannot afford to miss Fridays.
Health is indeed very important.

Very happy to hear.
if you ask me stop trading until you feel comfortable. I know very well trading is not hobby for you. Especially when a new memeber😀 has just joın your crew.😀
but those rush days can make you finding reasons to your looses and you can loose more.
so if you ask me relax, give a week yourself. then come back fresh and with adapted to the new family structure😀

The week is done and I made it. Traded back and moved to new high slightly. wanted to leave the last portion run but then it is Friday so closed it too. account is almost 9%.
Decided to stop trading at night as price action is not very good and I have very little time and tend to get stuck in trades. I had to close my shorts just when I was leaving thankfully for profit otherwise would have to close for loss and it went down...
so, I will only trade now until I am able to trade full time Nymex from about 9:40 to 1:20 p.m.
This is what I mean. It is bad idea to take breaks as market is not waiting for me.

I hope so. At least I was able to take control over my emotions. Need some time to adjust to new schedule 😉
At least I feel good. It was a very good week already on Wednesday and it would be shame to end it with nothing. made 1.2-1.5% this week.
