I am not going to criticize any system any more.
traders does not want to hear the truth that come with calculations.
I hope investors/funders are able to make some calculations and find the correct and less risk system for their selves
it is not my money though.

I am currently running tests on a grid system just to verify how much of a risk it will take. I absolutely do expect it to crash sooner or later, but by then I will have learnt a little bit more about which extreme situations will bring it to its knees. After that I'll try to implement a risk- and money management feature to keep the potential loss at an acceptable level while still gaining small but steady and relatively secure winnings. What do think of that? Am I totally off or is this an area where you have expertise to provide some guidelines?

look at grid traders balance either demo or live here at myfxbook. they use huge balance and small risk just to stay away from margin call.

Grid trading and Martingale are the derivative systems of each other.

on both systems you just collect all STOP LOSES that you have not taken into a basket. and one day you got all of them at the same time.

so basıcly both systems delays the SL to a certion time of period. this is depending on your system time frame MM and so on.

so you have an EA working grid. did you make a BT. if yes then you should see some where it loose everything. and crash the account.

I dont see any solutıon for that.

only what you can do is after you start and when achıve a reasonable profıt take the profıt out of the system and restart it with small amount of balance. and then do the same.

ofcourse this is not a tested logic but can work to save some money out of winnigs before loosing all.

Accidently I have change 2 parameters from last weeks setup.

I have just noticed that and fixed it. second parameter is not effective on ALGO, it is more effecting technical side.
It has effected the speed of trades. so now fixed to last week setup.

the data collected with different setup on speed ( which it should be same as last week ) can not be used due the speed of trades are dramaticly effected. and I have only 2 days data correct😕

I can now categorize the brokers in 3 type

type-1
HONEST BROKERS
those brokers are filling the orders with the actual price data feed.
this depend on where and when you send the order to the broker server.
Slippage can be MINUS or PLUS
so we can call those brokers Honest and doing the JOB CORRECTLY.

Type-2
MANUPLATIVE BROKERS
those brokers are filling the orders always with MINUS SLIPPAGE.
So basicly they are stealing money from clients accounts no matter what.
when trader send the order even price moves your favor or moves against you, you LOOSE some pips and those pips vacuuming into brokers account!!

Type-3
TRICKY BROKERS
those are the most dangerous ones.
and also this is difficoult to determine if you are not a coder or using a code to find those trick.
How I determine it.
here is the steps you to take.

LONG TRADE EXAMPLE
1 - when you send an order store the actual price in a variable. THIS IS ORDER SEND PRICE : V1
2 - order open price. THIS IS ORDER OPEN PRICE : V2
3 - After order open store the actual price in a varıable. THIS IS PRICE AFTER ORDER OPEN : V3


if you see the following close your account at that broker and find another.

IF ( V1==V3 && V1 - V2 < 0 )

THIS BROKER IS NOT SLIPPING THIS BROKER IS CHANGING THE ORDER OPEN PRICE AT THE TIME YOU SEND THE ORDER THEN MOVES IT BACK TO ACTUAL POSITION AFTER ORDER OPEN.

so the question is what is the difference between type-1 and type-2. the difference is you can understand the type-2 broker that slipps and you can change it or not depends on your system and desecion. BUT YOU KNOW THAT.
Type-3 you dont know that this happening.



Currently I have Listed all types of brokers.
there are some type-1, many type-2 and 1 type-3 broker in my list.

I am sure there are some traders still think of slippage will eat the profit at ARb system.

Here is another TIP for you.

assume that broker always slips. Type-2 broker.

If we can determine WHERE & HOW & WHY it slipps we can use this to our FAVOR.

How?

assume that ın condition1( C1 ) average slippage is -1.00 pip
assume that ın condition2( C2 ) average slippage is -0.50 pip

also there 2 situations for trades taken in ARB system. lets call them S1 & S2
at S1 minus slippage is in our FAVOR
at S2 minus slippage is AGAINST US

S1 & C1 will give us 1.00 pip PLUS even Slippage is MINUS
S2 & C2 will take from us -0.50 pip MINUS.

so we will gain +0,50 pip from this combination. This combination can only be applied %50 of trades taken.

so our gain will be +0.50 /2 = +0,25 pip

this can be small value but weekly they collect a huge number of pips and also consider that system is working with hedge trades and risk is as LOW as the slippage not more then that.!

S1 & S2 & C1 & C2 should be determined by yourselves. This information needs hard work on collected data.

again I am at the point of make a desecion.

the possibilities are

a - I can code system to use brokers manuplations against them and generate profit from this setup with 0 gain on entry and exit
b - I can code system to generate profit from entry and exit and use manuplating defend system to balance

I can use both but this will dramaticly reduce order executıon frequency.

ofcourse you can not advise due you have no data in your hand but posting here make me think better while writing post.

for entry

poss1:
entry gap 1,50 pip
avergae 38 trades
average slippage -0,44

poss2:
entry gap 1,50 pip
avergae 65 trades
average slippage -0,80



if both side are commision free
then
poss1 >> (38*1,50)-(38*0,44) = 40,30 pip
poss2 >> (65*1,50)-(65*0,80) = 45,50 pip😁



if one side has a commisıon of 10 usd round
then
poss1 >> (38*1,50)-(38*0,44) = 40,30 pip - (38*0,50) = 21,30 pip😁
poss2 >> (65*1,50)-(65*0,80) = 45,50 pip - (65*0,50) = 13,00 pip

I applied 1/2 of comission for entry. rest 1/2 applied to exit.

I choose poos1, due my current situation is with comission.

for exit I have to make triple of that calculation. this is more complicated.🙄

Now I can understand why traders are more suspicious about arbitrage EA s.

PIP generator is not only the arbitrage. any average coder can code the similiiar code as I coded.

But the OFFSET logic much more important then the ALGO code due the brokers defend mechanism.

And I do not think that any ARB software that I can effort to purchase can do this.

I have stop working on ARB system for this week. I had dig into too much and I need to stay away for a week. this will clear my mind. I keep testing it.

To fill the week I am currently working on a EA based on Trend and Grid combination. First BT s are good. Working on EU >=15 min Chart.

No limitations for Trades.

I guess you will see the BT result soon and will start testing on demo at my Portfolio this week.

Order Algo is based on trend Lines. I do not use any indicator for order Algo. only for filtering. Grid is used to save same loosing trades as it always happens.

BT s may not reflect the TRUTH!

IF I would like to sell my SUICIDE EA I would fırst change ıts name to 'Zırıllıon Dollar Profıt' then HARDCODE the loosing dates.

What this will done is EA will not trade those loosing trades when BT ed. And it would seem like a great EA.

There are some sick brains that doing BAD TRICK and sell EA s with Manuplated BT s.

I have warned you about New account BONUSES on some brokers earlier posts. weekend I was reading reviews about brokers at FPA and seen many reviews that are proof of my forecast.

Just be careful about Deposit Bonuses. Yo can not use it as a margin at the margin call situation to your original balance.

if you trust that Bonus balance you will have MARGIN CALL and your BONUS will be deleted.

Read the RULES of BONUSES before accept it!!!

on my demo ARB test I did close 2 trades manually.

1 - there was a trade was left from open from last week and I need to replace the files of the system with the improved ones so I did close trades Man.
2 - during the Obama speech my vps connection has gone. I had this problem twice in this month while some one from US at speech.

one of those trades closed with small loose and other with small win. those balance each other

Open 1hr EURUSD chart. attach ADX (14) standart setup. Search for ADX>40 or 50 then grid.
