the week before I had coded the system of METACODER BBands. Low of Low for Long and High of High for Short using BBands and fractals for Lows and Highs. due the bar low or High does not mean anything according to my research and make differencies from broker to broker.
the idea is good in theory. but in practice if you even work with 1/2 RR ratio system loose. may be he did not give all the nuances which is possible. But I really dont trade 10 lots or even 1 lot with a system that have not BT ed.
in reality BT also means nothing. due what ever we see in the past we see than like that due it happened that way. but it would not be.
those will not be the same in the future. smiliar but not the same.
eg. when you look at the Jan 2007 and Jan 2011 they are very smiliar months in macro. but EA s are reacting very different in these 2 periods.

another advise for you.
there are many systems that working with 0.01 Lot and with starting balance required min 2000$ or 3000$.
it is better to stay away from those systems. reason is they have coded with a high %DD. and to cover that and keep account from blow the initial deposit needed as high as possible and trading Lot sizes as low as possible.
stay away. there should be correct relation between initial deposit and strarting trade lot sizes.
I promise that I or any medium experienced coder can code that kind of systems in minutes but the result will be loss of all funds at the end.
stay away from martingale or grid for the safety of your funds.

guys and gals
very often I say I can code an EA in minutes may be some of you are smiling.
you can visit my profile and see how many EA tested. those are uploaded reports to use the analyse tools of MFB for better understanding of what am I doing. those are %5 of what I have coded. there are many profitable EA s that I never execute due I know that it will fail at some point in the future or profit is not good enough or %DD is high.
but I am currently, really very close to a new EA that generate profit NATURALLY. ( NOT FORCED, NOT OPTIMIZED )

I may complete my last EA as an semi automated one. I must confess that some nuances can not be coded at least for the time being.

what I mean with NATURAL WINNER.
there are bunch of EA s in the market. I have already coded hundreds. but %99.9 of those EA s are forced to make profit when BT ed. when those executed the Live results are very different then the BT results.
The NW ( Neutral Winner ) is based on the general rules of Patterns. and order execution algo is build on that Natural Rules.

FIX TP SL are totally useless and meaningless. SL must only be used against Market reactions. there should be a way to exit with algo.

Hmm interesting, I've tested a few Arbitrage EA's...but I noticed my brokers are too far away from my VPS :)
Still, you could make good money this way if you've got it down right using the right infrastructure!

guys months ago I have mentioned a system that will trade one side virtual and other side real connected with arb project.
now I am currently coding that to see the result. this is related with Z_score calculation where we see here at MFB account analyses. I had asked MFB support to help me finding the formula and they provide me how I can find that. this can be false alarm but we will see in a close future.

arb test with Z_Score addition still on progress. I will post the results here soon. fixing bugs took some time.
