How can we get back funds from a broker?

Traded a account of a person through October to February 25, initial deposit 12k, withdrew only 18k jenuary, continued with 36k left after withdrawing 18k, built the 36k to over 165k by Feb.25, requested 100k withdrawal, broker refused to honour and terminated the account, with excuse account was opened with invalid id card.

How can we get our funds back? Access to account now completely terminated.

Wow, you should start much more slowly, looks like he really waited out and then tried to really kick you out of the thing there. You need to contact the regulator about such case and never trust so high in future with any broker, if it's not regulated - then it's lost already.

Thank you, the Pandemic have messed up things, me and client was planning to fly into Russia as broker is based there, several emails no response no more.

Well they finally replied e-mail and say they are giving attention to it, but I still don't have access to accounts

I think they are toying with you, cause that is a lot of amount.

They are just playing for time. Send them and email every day and call them as well. Threaten them with legal action

There are no brokers in Russia !!!
I myself trade through an Australian broker from Russia.

I would say to just forget it, its not possible to get back the money lost, there is just going to be more and more excuses and will take more of your time, i would rather start trading with another broker.

I believe that you fell to dishonest brokers, and your account is lost forever.

If the broker bases in Russia really - you really can forget about your money simply, that's my only advice to you absolutely and entirely anyway. I do hope we still could make something better, but better to fly here locally if amounts are so big like that.

court? but it's almost impossible. try to think before investing money with certain broker.
also my advise - do not invest ALL your money into 1 broker. have 3-4 or even 5 brokers. that way you will secure yourself and in case one broker will dissapear - you will be totally fine.

I wouldn't blame other CFDs companies, where I've lost some money due to my lack of knowledge and confidence in trading a few years ago. I was just a beginner and was ready to lose. But my 'bad luck' just continued with other regulated brokers like 24OPtion and Bdb, which made me deliberately invest, trade, and invest more in order to trade...until I ended up losing over 220k. Despite the fact, we had signed a contract and agreement about all my investments being insured and secured, my manager, who had traded with me, made my account less for 30k in a week time. After he understood, that I had no more money to add, he and other employees emptied my account within 3 weeks!! It became a torture for me in trying to catch a living person on the phone or skype. I made several withdraw attempts and all of them were ignored.
Chargeback, that could've had been done if I didn't send the broker my IDs and signed the contract would be much easier to make. And it wasn't my case!!
Took me long two years to find a legit company with quite strong lawyers, who would be able to find a true beneficiary aka Bdb owner, gather undeniable evidence in a scam and make a pretrial agreement with'em.
Needless to say that the services of Scamconsulting SCC cost me quite a lot, but that was the price for my own stupidity and the lesson! My conclusion is THERE ARE NO CREDIBLE and RELIABLE BROKERS!!

Actuary its very bad situation when a broker doing to fraud with you. You can follow some rules for get back your found

Hey. It depends what broker did you use. Some of the brokers (shady ones) just ignore you after they get everything they need. Chose wisely, your broker is a ticket to the bright future you've been dreaming about. Luck fam.

It seems like you have got along with some fraudulent broker. Honestly speaking, there is least possibility that you are getting your money back from the broker. The best you can do here is to be sure that the next broker you connect with should be a reliable one. Always beware of Forex scams and save yourself and your money from it.

I think you can have a word with your broker and see what can be done. I hope you are not scammed by the broker. Make sure you see reviews and ratings of the broker before you invest with them. Regulated and authentic brokers are always the best. They will always provide the best of the trading conditions such as low spreads, low commissions etc.
