It still has, because this can happen with manual trading too, but most times not as fast as with robotic trading.

my trading is now semi-automated, but it is my goal to fully automate everything.

Both type of trading have pros and cons also followers, so each side will protect their way of trading 😄

Robots nowadays use artificial intelligence and neural networks. So you will be able to maximize your profit.

I am a trader for a year, personally I think manual is better for me, I have more control.

It's all about how someone's trusting a third party to drive a part of his/her financial future.

SO called Robots are superior to manual trading
The cons is you have to program it an d run on server
The pros
- execute trades exactly according to trading plan
- faster than human
- without emotions
- 24/7

Trading robots has the right to be, but the problem for all robots is that they base their work on the past market movement. Therefore, I believe that no matter how perfect the robot is. He needs constant supervision and constant adjustment or reconfiguration. If I spend time tuning it, it does not help me to earn money quickly (it will only help if I develop it and sell it to other people) and I just lose time. So it's better to trade yourself and create your own strategy than to use the machine. My subjective opinion.

Where do you base your work if not on past market movement? The future is unknown for all of us (expect for the 'big boys' which they handle big order flows) and the present is now. So how do you make your own trading strategies?

I run robot with the same settings for years...

I just do not believe in robots.Yes, my mistake, thank you for noticing. And yes you are right that all strategies are based on the past market movement. And they need to be improved as well as robots. But at least you do not get on the fraud, while you are looking for a normal robot. I was less fortunate than those who found normal robot from the first time. And I spent money on similar frauds. And it's funny that you noticed only the first sentence,)

Yes, you're lucky. For years you trade on one robot without changes your robot kind of deus ex machina :D And I wrote above that I was wrong. Of course, my strategies are also based on the past. I just do not believe in trading robots. And as i say above, it's my subjective opinion :/
