A quick check will tell you that's not the same account. This one started on 19/3/14 with a deposit of 3800. The one on FXBlue started on 4/6/14 with a deposit of 5000.
Plus as far as I can see ( I don't really use FXBlue ) there is no way to tell which broker this is or if it's a live or demo account. My guess would be demo as there have been no withdrawals.
Best regards Steve

right, its a demo account created for this site:
http://www.bestforexrobots.net/
they just run a bunch of EAs
unfortunately they follows the vendors recommendations, so if the EA hit a big SL, they ask the owner of the site to remove the results and starts a new one... which results in hiding some bad performers...

Complete waste of time showing a demo account for an arbitrage EA.

Weird. Are you Will Sherif?
Anyway, Keltner Pro does look kind of interesting. Although I'm pretty dubious about both the brokers that the accounts are being run at.
Adam Miller is a stock shot ( http://www.123rf.com/photo_8455184_manager-settles-a-corporate-question-through-mobile-phone.html ).
site:Bloomberg.com Keltnerpro and site:reuters.com keltnerpro both turn up blank.
It's fairly obviously an internet marketers product when you look into the launch of the EA. Most good traders know that the best way to make money out of a working strategy is to keep quiet about it.
There are people out there that track down EA's for a living just to launch them and make money out of them. I've been asked to sell stuff to internet marketers before. Some of them even make good money for a time, but eventually due to market saturation ( and they will be selling more than 400 guaranteed ) the EA will stop performing as well. I would imagine that the only thing the people with this EA are interested in is generating profits from the sale.
Best regards Steve

Hello @stevetrade
I once asked Kelterpro,
they said using fake photo is to protect their identities,
and Jared's story is true.

He's unlikely to say that it isn't true. It's marketing 101. Who, what, when, where, and why.
That said, the EA does seem to be working. Going to be a hard one to judge the death knell of though.
Best regards Steve
