It is very curious and now I'm pretty sure that the FGB-Team close trades manually. I have always nearly the same openings but sometimes as today complete diffenrent closings. The FGB-team ended in profit in huge profit, my trades ended in huge losses.
And exactly this is the problem of the EA. The entries are quite good.....but the closings are often awful ! For my opinion it is nthing bad to close the trades manually, but they should communicate the weak point of the EA and encourage the customers also to close the trades manually.

NO NO NO, when I payed I gave good money, so they must provide me good EA with all features working...

Yes, I have proof of that. Simply see my myfxbook-statement. The EUR/USD-Trades are except 2 pip gain (this is from fxvoodoo) all from FGB. If this will not enough for you, I will give you investor access. That all can see that I am telling the truth!

I'm your customer running basic version of the ea FGB, today many people had problem in closing trades and I had too.
I write you not for quarrel, but for understand the best as possible the issue and try to find a solution.

Yes, I have. Simple look at my myfxbook-statement. If this is not enough, I will give you investor access, so that everybody can see that I am telling the truth.

I went back a bit earlier today to see when the last FGB post was on here and it looks like there last post was on may 8th. does anyone know how long the longest time it has taken them to respond on here? Keep us up to date on the email, and let them know that your not the only one having the problem. I would email them but as a basic only customer my mail will get pushed to the back of the line. I figure that one of the people that pay the 50/per month for the platinum support would be willing to throw us a bone and find out what is going on for us.

FGB really needs a better closer. however, since I simply do not have the time or the inclination to babysit an automated-EA -- otherwise why even use one? -- i put on Kenny's trailing EA (v1.7) in conjunction with FGB.
i read that many of you are already using Kenny's EA -- although he himself no longer trades FGB, apparently. can we share some settings that work well with FGB?

I found out the hard way that NOT setting the override makes the EA's TS useless, because it would not override its own SL. You might note that Kenny's EA uses moving SL line, so you will need the override setting set to 1.
I restart my MT4 frequently when I have no open trades out of habit. So I don't know.
One caveat though, I've only started using Kenny's EA this week, after the series of FGB's bad closers.
What i've noticed is that adding the new EA does change FGB's trading behavior quite a bit. A much higher win percentage, with potentially smaller winnings per -- like a scalper. I suppose I don't mind this too much right now, given the current ranging
eu trend.
I'd ideally like to end up with 2-3 settings sets for Kenny EA... for trending, for ranging, and maybe another in between?

I dont think, FGB close trade manually, i talked to the support today and they said they never do this, also they are working hard on the verifying issue plus on the trading issue like most of the ppl see profit but their order close in loss.

They said they had the verifying issue ironed out on the 1.4 update. I have only had the issue once. Since then it has all been fine with me. Did they miss something?
