Yes I suspected that. But I can not know if the broker uses any plugins, just hoping it's not and is trying to build longer releationship instead of trying to screw me. Right now I have one good broker that I think will be good for this year and just found the second one that is just superior and with this one I will probably build relationships for years.

Just ask them direct, I do, if they are happy to tell you they dont then great, but I have asked others and they just ignore you, which to me means they maybe using them.....anyway good luck

Crashev if you suspect you can use that tool : "4xSentinel" You can google it and you'll find.

Oh really??? You are here to collect data and info from anybody, but somehow you refuse to share info ref your broker, setting etc, don't you ? I hate such people..... You must be some ex-corporate animal, these people are perfect in such actions

This thread is comical it really is....LOL.... Ive not asked anyone for anything, all Ive done is shown when Ive won or lost and displayed my stats so people can see what my broker is doing in terms of execution times, slippage etc for comparision.
If your frustrated or jealous then Im sorry about that.
For your information I have said several times what settings I use and have infact displayed them on numerous posts, but of course you havent as usual bothered to even read through the thread, as so many on here, you just want a shopping list of how to get rich quick.... 😁

In fact this is daft and I need to concentrat on my own trading, so I cant be bothered to have non constructive conversations and arguements, so will sign off the thread, anyone wants to PM me to exchange results etc then great otherwise, good luck.

we talked a lot about differences between accoutns etc...
if you search on the net you'll find a googledocs document filled by MDP users with the settings , brokers etc...
but currently the best performing users didn't share their infos.
from what I can see from you, you have great results, so keep your settings.

ROFL!!! Yeah, i remember when i first dropped in on this thread and waded through a couple hundred pages of info. Everyone who is new to the forum should really do that. There is a LOT of really good info buried in here.
Make losses, but always come out a winner at the end.

Good results today again on both brokers: +36 pips (4 trades), + 25 pips (3 trades).
Reading here and in other forums is a good thing, not to find the perfect settings somewhere, but to understand how this system works and then derive your own settings. That's how I made my settings which work for me. (I don't think the default settings are best). But don't expect winnings every day and don't change the settings after every loss.
Concerning Alpari NZ: Are they different than Alpari UK? MDP works only poorly on Alpari UK, because of stop-levels, slow price-feed and order execution-times.

not sure if our question got answered there . its still trading, as you know. I had the same error, and i have found performance increased and slippage to be reduced by setting stop orders = FALSE, hard stop trailing - TRUE. the robot will firstly enter the market, then follow through with the stop order in an amendment. I haven't had off quotes now for months.

I would not do that. I last tryed settings stop_orders to false on ECN, it was the worse decision I could make. I lost about 130 pips that day, when others lost maximum of 30. It's much better to turn off auto-apply ecn (so it will not turn off stop_orders and hard_stop automaticly) and keep both stop_orders and hard_trailing to true.
16 points although it's above 10 is still not that bad, and You can expect it will go under 10 points with next set of trades.
But if it keeps rising, I would be worried.
I still see Your comission+spread is very low, so bigger slippage is not that much problem for You.

crashev is right. I had come to the same conclusion for my settings.
But since ForexMentor is complaining about "freeloaders" and is not sharing much himself, he should figure out the settings and the meaning of the warnings for himself. 😝
Sometimes a look in the manual will also help ...

So Primevil EA, some have written in about their failure to succeed with the system at FAP.............it must mean its a scam, right?
Shall I go dig up some dirt at FPA about the Primevil EA, you can be sure folks have tried and money failed with it, and we can all read about it at the FPA. (oh look someone already did!)
Half marks to you though, a medium clever marketing ploy, the EXACT same marketing ploy you used on one of Birts threads I notice (ie come in and trash something, create a stir = publicity+marketing)
Question though............why not post a link to a stellar account using your system?
