Yeah i can say i will wait for anither if i miss 1 trade from 8 but i missed 7 from 8 and i dont think its normal and I have probably have some issue with the system
just email doug or skype! he will help you out as that why you paid for!

Just got my refund from ClickBetter. I am pissed off at them now. Instead of reversing the transaction, they have kept some of the money. Original agreed purchase price: USD$697.00. Actual amount charged to me: USD$749.68. The actual amount refunded: USD$717.39.
I will never trust ClickBetter ever again. I know this doesn't reflect on Doug, as it is not his billing company, but I am left with an extremely negative vibe from this. So, I am just walking away from this system. i will not be repurchasing it because of this. More than anything, I hate being ripped off, and that is exactly what ClickBetter has done.

ClickBetter overcharged me. I was going to switch to paypal.
Currently, I am just highly annoyed at ClickBetter for this. I wouldn't hold it against the vendor at all, except they admitted they were aware of this problem prior to my purchase. So,since there are still problems (getting my entire refund in this case)....I am not having anything to do with this system.

Yes keep in mind default is 1 trade max, if you want 3 trades max, please refer to text file, i'm using 3 trades max. It's not recommended for very small accounts, unless you set lot size smaller. If your missing trades for other reasons, keep in mind slippage setting is set to 1. It may have missed trades because of slippage filter, or broker price feed having differences. I understand how you feel, I'm pretty sure this isn't Dougs fault. I was told there are some VAT taxes involved , I personally prefer Paypal.
I'm stilll a little concerned with the discrepency, some traders see trades others dont. I haven't seen AUD NZL in a few days, just EUR and GBP.. It probably is the broker or their version of MT, I'm going to check my other EA's and compare them with MyFXbook trades. I don't expect to see every single trade, but at least 80% of the trades made by the official sites trade history. Besides this stuff I still have a few weeks to go. I'm still not near the break even mark, so missing profitable trades is problematic.

So sorry to hear you've had a bad refund experience. I requested I pay be PayPal. My refund just came through 100%. Probably a salutary lesson for us all. And the vendor did it almost immediately. Can't fault him at all.

Just thought I would post another update. i sent a complaint to ClickBetter and informed them I would be letting as many people as possible know of my negative experience with their services. In response, they told me that they always do a full refund, and have required me to provide them with a copy of my account statement showing the original amount charged, and the amount that was refunded! As if they don't have a record of this! The ONLY reason I can think of that they required this is because they fully intended to rip me off, and are trying to cover for it.

because clickbetter charged extra fee on top - nothing to do with the ea

That's why I suggested CLICKBANK previously as CLICKBANK is very reliable and fast regarding about our purchase and refunds if there are any whenever we request.
Clickbetter is SHIT.
Hope creator of rev trader pro can put his product on CLICKBANK to make him more famous and his backing up his own product. Nobody wants to ask for refunds if the ea is good. So, no matter where he sells through, it does not matter to him at all.
