The Inverted Hammer pattern is a reversal pattern.
The pattern looks like an upside down version of the hammer candlestick pattern and it is formed when a small body is formed near the bottom of a price range. The upper shadow is no more than two times as long as the body while the lower shadow is small or non-existent.
