The Three Stars In The South pattern is a bullish reversal pattern.
It is identified when during a downtrend, a long bearish candle with a long lower shadow is followed by a smaller version of the previous candle with a lower high and a higher low, followed by a small black Marubozu which opens and closes in the range of the previous candle.
Important to note that each price range is engulfed by the previous candle’s range.
