Essentially minimizing risk via diversification and attacking weakness. Holding on to trades until they develop; signals are generated, orders are placed and it takes care of itself (albeit with some occasional discretion). Some carry-trading as well.
Although my motto implies that I don't use Stop Loss, I actually do take care of the downside, but I let the upside take care of itself... I figured I would get that much closer to Heaven... ;-)
