I had to do this as President Draghi was speaking at 10:00 am BST so did not risk the volatility. If I had not I would have lost minus -71 pips, as his comments helped drive price south. My strategy produced a sell entry at 12:00 BST. I had to close it early as I had a technical fault with my EA and it opened a second order an hour later which it was not supposed to do. DATE: 08.06.2016 // PAIR: GBP/USD // RESULT: -177 Pips // SUMMARY OF TRADE: Choppy markets cause two losses today. First entry during London session in bearish direction reversed back up and resulted in -77 pip loss. On next 4 hour candle price action formation opened trade in bullish direction but this trade also reversed, stopping me out for full -90 pips. Brexit referendum meeting scheduled at the end of the month is causing indecision in Cable pair. Have to stick to my strategy though.

Price rose rapidly in bullish direction in the next 30 minutes and reached +180 pips, easily hitting TP target of +90 pips. The recent UK Brexit Polls decision combined with price action and AUD Interest rate decision filtering through helped push cable up so rapidly.

Price ranged around near my entry price during Asian and London sessions. I had to close this trade rather quickly as President Draghi was scheduled to speak at the ECB Press conference at 13:30 BST and I do not trade during his speeches as the chance of erratic volatility is high. Hello all visiting this page. I will be postponing trading on this account until July 2016. The reason for this is because my current strategy is not producing enough good trading set ups which I feel will create viable opportunities to make pips/profits for myself and possible investors for the long term.
