If you have a win% 90+ and Reward/Risk ratio over 2,35 with the maximum drawdown below 10% I would say this is a sensational good system !Yes of course the expectancy of 12.9 pips tells you this is a system based on scalping and will need a good broker and connections to work with BUT hell yeah if this guy is real hes going to be a billionaire !!But only IF the maximum drawdown is calculated properly.

Please can you explain how your account was destroyed IF the worst DrawDown shown is below 10% ?Or is it so that the DD calculations here in MyFxBook are done wrongly ?

The question in this tread is "how do you calculate DD" NOT do you like it or use it... if someone feels DD is useless then it is his problem I am not interested in.After reading the latest replies it seems the DD will include the open trades.But what is the calculation frequency ?Every price move, every second, minute or what ?So if somebody knows this could you please be kind and give the information (do not chitchat anything else).

Grazy, that is off topic.Please lets keep the discussion on the right path. And do posts only if you really know something right.People who are trading with real money would REALLY like to know what a hell is happening in here... maybe I have to open a test account herre with some supported broker and see what is really going on.

I thought this was done... but was not... this was a good lesson: You have to check EVERYTHING BY YOURSELF. DO NOT TRUST ANYBODY !!Can someone from the staff of myfxbook.com tell us what is the situation in this topic ?Where the system is calcuation the drawdowns exactly ?How can we trust to the results from this whole web site if the DD is calculated by the wrong way ?

Boys and Girls,the most important thing is WHEN this drawdown is calculated. As we all know in the markets the movement within a one minute can be very large for example 100 ticks down and then in next 5 minutes 100 ticks back up.Now if the DD calculation is done only at the end of the position you do not see the real drawdown of the system. The drawdown during the position.-> during that 100 tick drop your account may be wiped out completely depending of course the level of the risk in the positionSo what is the frequency when the DD is calculated here in myfxbook ?
