Hi Jon,you still have not answer my question thought, I understand ICM are substantial registered company in Australia, But who's the owner / ceo that registered to incorporate the company ? even thought the company is ASIC regulated with client funds held in segregated accounts, but remember the director is still the only one who can make his decision regarding about ICM, now let's say he suddenly pass away, who has the authorization to make legal transaction regarding about ICM.

Hi Jon,I am thinking to open ICM account under your group for rebate promotion. But i am worry about some point below, hope you can help.- Who ic ICM owner ? I could not find any information on the net about it. Are they a group of partnership or an individual own ICM company ?- Now let's say, suddenly ICM owner passed away, what is going to happen with the client's deposit ? - Now let's say, suddenly ICM owner passed away, what is going to happen with the company ? will they still in business ?Thanks.
