i will never trade without one again, i got stupid with my trading last year and thought i could manage a trade without one, quickly found out i couldn't, the mental game was insane i just couldn't bring myself to pull the plug on a loosing trade! ended up loosing the majority of my account.

i used to be part of IML, its quite expensive and an ongoing payment, i did learn a fair bit from them i guess but the biggest problem for me is there was just to much going on so i struggled to concentrate on one thing, there would be a new strategy from someone practically every day.

from what i understand it will help you to get a good understanding of how that pair behaves. when your new it will benefit because it can be very confusing trying to keep a watch on more pairs.
scalping is risky ?

when started trading last year i leaned towards scalping mainly because i was impatient and wanted quick in and out trades, i ended up failing, main reason i didnt have enough experience but also because my risk reward ratio was so out of proportion, i could win 5 trades in a row but then loose 1 and wipe out all the previous profit!this time i need a new approach.

i was a bad trader on my first attempt at it, i got impatient, greedy and undisciplined, ended up loosing money and giving up. i am hoping to learn a better mind set this time round.
