I have done a lot of research and tried a lot of different brokers in UK.
OneTrade has the highest liquidity and the best execution of them all.
They have very low spreads and low commisssion which will vary depending on your trading volume (more trading volume = less commission). Also customer service seems very qualified and kind compared to some of the other brokers I have tried.

Is not the wrong bank, is exactly the same bank in the same address but with a different account.
Have you printed??? Is any mention of the currency on the print?
Can you see on the left side the add funds option that gives you exactly the same result? Why two options?
Enough for me on this discussion, and my advise is pay strictly attention before make a wire transfer on this site.

Yes, I have real account with OneTrade. If I choose 'banck details' I have a window where I can select the currency... USD / EUR / GBP. So which is the issue? If you don't select the right currency... of course you will send money to the wrong bank!!

Why do you think is my first time of funding an account? I am an active trader for more than 7 years, currently I have several active real accounts on 6 other different brokers, I have already made maybe more than 50 deposits/withdrawals via wire transfer. I prefer to choose brokers in Europe to avoid exchange rates and always use only Euros on account opening and transactions.
The fact is that their site leads to confusion and mistake, and that is, in my opinion, imputable to the broker. If you have a real account with them choose 'Bank details' on your account panel. There is an option to print, just print and check to see if there is any mention to what currency is that bank account.

They have on their site 2 options to make the wire transfer on is called 'Add funds' and the other 'Bank details'. If you choose the first, you will be alright because you have to choose the transfer currency and they send you an email with the right bank details.
But you choose the second option, 'Bank details', to make the wire transfer be aware that like me you could be ripped of 30 euros. if you make the probable mistake of not choosing the correct currency. I say probable because by default it appears not your account currency, but USD.
Why the hell there is 2 options to do the same stuff, one safe and other with a penalty of 30 Euros?😡

I can assure you that, on the rare occasions that I have had problems of this kind, One Trade has always resolved everything and refunded in no time.
It is an excellent and reliable broker!

But I'm sure OneTrade help you if you tell them the problem.
It would interest me, which solution OneTrade offering, and whether they accommodating.
This issue has been resolved. They have made me 100% compensation.

I this OneTrade is One of the best brokers in FX market, they have the fastest execution any trader wish for, along with a very very tight spread. As a trader it is all I ask for, add to that they are STP which I know for sure they are not trading against me. Also the performance page that is generated automatically to my account is so beneficial, I have now more 200 tool to analyze my trading history. 😄 😄 😄 😄

If you are looking for a trustworthy broker, One Trade is the right.
The service is really perfect.
The spread is one of the best on the market.
Depending on the volume of turnover, you can get better conditions.
The employees are very competent and very friendly.
Withdraw money on a Skrill account goes under an hour.
For me the best broker in the market and I am very satisfied with One Trade.
Please keep it up One Trade!!

I just started to work with ONE TRADE.

For now my judgment is an EXCELLENT broker.

Great feed, very low spreads, slippage very contained

It is a very professional broker for professionals

I hope to confirm my judgment during time :)
