Depends on the quality of the books and videos. I think some are more helpful than others, which is why it's important to seek out information from different sources so you don't miss anything.

I don’t see them as two options. Both are good learning resources and you must not restrict yourself from taking advantage of the information they share.

I would say that videos are better, because its faster, it contains only the most important things. https://freebooksummary.com/category/the-ones-who-walk-away-from-omelas-symbols

Both are good sources of learning. Books are the best source to learn the basics of the market and videos give detailed explanations, which helps to understand the analysis part and approach the market better. It’s completely your choice to learn either from books or videos

I’d say that it depends. Some people enjoy books, while some people enjoy videos. It is really very subjective. A good mixture of both works wonders though.

I think you have to use the most effective sources of learning.
As for books or videos, I think videos are better.
But you can also read books. Why not?
Maybe some successful trader wrote a useful book with different insights and answers.
Every trader has his own way. On this way some problems may occur. As a rule, almost 70% of problems are similar.
That's why in some book there can be a description of how to solve problems and what this trader did.
It is like a supplement.
The main training is video tutorials from professionals and a demo account.
I have watched it and then tried it on the demo account.
I think that's how a lot of traders learn.

I think for understanding the terminology books are a better source but for learning the practical aspect the videos could do the more justice. So the combination of books and videos can give the most effective learning.

Both books and videos boost our thinking process, and help us to develop better analytical skills. But videos help us to get much more information in shorter time period

The best option is practice. I think that this will allow the trader to gain experience as quickly as possible and, as a result, profit.
yuh, agree with ya.
practicing is the most crucial thing in traidng, there are no books or videos which would help traders to receive as much as experience as they can gain due to practicing, whether on demo or on a real account.
I don't underestimate the necessity of learning theory, or maybe just watching videos from famous traders who show how do they trade. Consistency and balance. Like you should set a goal to watch a video daily and then write down what you have learnt, then go to demo and start trading, great system isn't it? Moreover, traders can add here reading articles or some notes about trading + observing the current situation on the market with a help of news.

Videos help me with co-relating and learning new things since they provide us with good explanations and understanding from their own perspectives.

From my personal experience, demo account is far better than anything to learn to trade if you are not ready to go live.

Both formats are beneficial. Videos and books can help you understand the fundamentals of the market. Make sure to practice on a demo account. It will assist you in gaining practical trading knowledge and experience.

The main goal is to learn trading. Book, courses, or videos, it doesn’t matter where it comes from. You should consume authentic knowledge at your own pace. Personally, I prefer video lessons as they are crisp and help you understand the concepts practically.

The purpose is to learn. Books, courses, etc, choose whatever medium you are comfortable with learning. Personally, I prefer learning from video lessons as they are more concise.

Its good to identify what is your best learning style first. Do you learn better with audio-visual or with text only- you can choose the medium accordingly. There are various smart choices available on the go now, like online free courses that include great textual and graphics and videos combined. So choose the medium that helps you gain a deeper understanding as per your interest. Knowledge is all across.
Fulfilling my goals happily

Books take a lot of time to wrap up, and it is not easy to be consistent when you don’t have a good reading habit. So, I rely more on watching videos since they are more precise and accurate with technical implementations.
