Why would anyone have to choose one out of these? Both of these are good sources of knowledge and when you combine both of these, you will be able to learn and revise at the same time.
Yes! Combining both visuals and textual information enhances the quality of retention of the information.

Every individual has a different approach to learning and grasping new information. Choose what works effectively for you, and you’ll learn faster. It could be either. It is your personal choice.

Both are excellent learning resources in their own way. However, videos are always favored because they provide a visual impression, which helps to clarify your wish to understand trading concepts and make learning much more enjoyable.

Actually, it varies from person to person. Some are good listeners, while others learn quickly by reading books. I personally prefer watching videos and practising on demo account.

Both are good sources to learn about forex. I mostly refer to “The Little Book of Common Sense Investing” by Jack Bogle and “A Random Walk Down Wall Street'' by Burton G. Apart from this I follow the school of pipsology on babypips.

Depends on the quality of the books and videos. I think some are more helpful than others, which is why it's important to seek out information from different sources so you don't miss anything.

I don’t see them as two options. Both are good learning resources and you must not restrict yourself from taking advantage of the information they share.

Both are good sources of learning. Books are the best source to learn the basics of the market and videos give detailed explanations, which helps to understand the analysis part and approach the market better. It’s completely your choice to learn either from books or videos

I’d say that it depends. Some people enjoy books, while some people enjoy videos. It is really very subjective. A good mixture of both works wonders though.

I think you have to use the most effective sources of learning.
As for books or videos, I think videos are better.
But you can also read books. Why not?
Maybe some successful trader wrote a useful book with different insights and answers.
Every trader has his own way. On this way some problems may occur. As a rule, almost 70% of problems are similar.
That's why in some book there can be a description of how to solve problems and what this trader did.
It is like a supplement.
The main training is video tutorials from professionals and a demo account.
I have watched it and then tried it on the demo account.
I think that's how a lot of traders learn.

I think for understanding the terminology books are a better source but for learning the practical aspect the videos could do the more justice. So the combination of books and videos can give the most effective learning.

Both books and videos boost our thinking process, and help us to develop better analytical skills. But videos help us to get much more information in shorter time period

The best option is practice. I think that this will allow the trader to gain experience as quickly as possible and, as a result, profit.
yuh, agree with ya.
practicing is the most crucial thing in traidng, there are no books or videos which would help traders to receive as much as experience as they can gain due to practicing, whether on demo or on a real account.
I don't underestimate the necessity of learning theory, or maybe just watching videos from famous traders who show how do they trade. Consistency and balance. Like you should set a goal to watch a video daily and then write down what you have learnt, then go to demo and start trading, great system isn't it? Moreover, traders can add here reading articles or some notes about trading + observing the current situation on the market with a help of news.

Everybody here has suggested me to start with learning. So I just want to clarify if watching videos is enough or should I go for some finance books?

Videos help me with co-relating and learning new things since they provide us with good explanations and understanding from their own perspectives.

School of Pipsology - a great source with both videos and texts.
They provide great lessons that you can practice on a demo.
Ask, and you will receive; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

From my personal experience, demo account is far better than anything to learn to trade if you are not ready to go live.
