they don't pay, you can't withdraw your money

They can refer to a fake reason to not to pay anytime. If you don't want to lose your money, don't use this broker!

You said thousands of your clients withdraw their profit daily without facing any issues, but I am not able to make any withdrawal, all my withdrawals get rejected. Deposits were fast and easy, but not withdrawal, I have made deposit up to 15 times since I opened my account, now Instaforex confiscate all my fund. My account no. is 5584024.

Sorry for the late response, You cannot withdraw from your account. According to the 30% bonus agreement clause no ' The Client agrees that in case of decrease in the level of current funds (equity/funds ratio) on the account below the level of current bonus funds, i.е. when the point of current losses exceeds the client's real funds on the trading account, all funds from this moment will be calculated as bonus funds in full in case of no subsequent deposits on the account. In the event of deposit, funds on the account are being calculated and distributed between the bonus funds and the client's real funds in proportion to the amount of deposit and the value of the bonus funds at the time of the deposit ' .

This broker does not bring me any confidence. too many conditions builds.

but the problem number1 is that :

they can generate for you immediately new conditions that you even did not know or read befor investing - So your money can be confiscate EASY by this 'Broker'

if you agree with this : Broker can change leverage or any condition in agreement any second duaring your trading
Everything in their conditions - learn it next time

if you agree with InstaForex conditions - follow them and do not break them
maybe one day they will let you withdraw profit from new deposit😇

the problem is that you did not learn their terms and conditions before open any order
they can tell now that you were trading not by their rules ... thats make read all conditions next time at new broker

4) requotes - 95% of time we cannot open even order out of quotes...out of quotes...out of quotes...out of quotes
5) You Spread 30 pips with your idiot REBATE partner what give back 1.5 spread after your blow up....such partners make you open more lots in flat to reqover something by rebate - and it is stoopid. I saw a lot strategies based at this. Finnaly all blow up
6) non regulated Broker at all....
7) it is not ECN
8) you cannot close by 1 position more +20% of your Equity (lot risk or +++big pips)

All of this you can read in their Scam Rules!!! And this is GOOD BROKER ????????? ))) haha

PS: you cannot withdrawal profit more your deposit. Also i was 2 years their Partner and they canceled my Partnership and all my clients and my IB + Rebate. than i started to trade at insta and all time they blocked my deposit with some new rules (but i know every rules). They can show you new link with new Additional Rule if need to block your deposit forever

Bro )) She dead after we reposted many times their Scam conditions for trading
ALL you can do with that Kitchen - Make only more and more deposits to them
When you start to try withdrawal money they tell you that you are scammer because you break their rules like you opened sell and buy and there was no 5 minutes between them... )))))) they can generate for you immediately new conditions that you even did not know or read befor investing - So your money can be confiscate EASY by this 'Broker'

realalize that gertrude don't have a sens of humor

I am using this broker, it was good until I received an email from Instaforex Antifraud department, said that my equity dropped below the bonus fund that I received (means I have floating loss more than my initial deposit without bonus, but the 30% bonus that I received was still able to hold my floating before margin call), since that moment all funds are considered as bonus funds.

The 30% bonus agreement that I agreed did not mention that my equity cannot less than the bonus fund.
I did not violate any clause in that agreement, now Instaforex accuse me with the clause that does not even exist in that agreement.
If bonus fund is not to be used to trade, why Instaforex still offering bonus to clients?

The snap shot that Antifraud department sent me is quite questioning (see below), it shows my equity dropped below the margin requirement, but in fact my margin requirement is far below my equity, that is an untrue snap shot.😡
The Antifraud department want me to deposit USD5000, otherwise all my balance including profit and capital deposited will be confiscated by Instaforex.😭 That is so unfair for me.
