What do you like best about InstaForex?

The only issue I have with them is slow response during volatile periods...takes a few seconds to open/close a trade.

Those people who write negative reviews on the InstaForex broker either did not understand the conditions well, or simply run the company on a false fake accusation of this broker. I have been working with this company for many years. And never, never had any difficulties with depositing or withdrawing funds. In all the years of cooperation with InstaForex, I have not experienced any financial inconvenience. I recommend everyone to open trading accounts in InstaForex. The best trading conditions among all existing brokers. The first place in my personal ranking.

I am a client of instaforex. I have had no issues with the broker. They have provided me with exceptional service and have had no issues with deposits, withdrawals or trading. Out of 30 trades made in the last week, I have had only 1 re-quote and this is on the standard account. An exceptional broker.

I am using this broker, it was good until I received an email from Instaforex Antifraud department, said that my equity dropped below the bonus fund that I received (means I have floating loss more than my initial deposit without bonus, but the 30% bonus that I received was still able to hold my floating before margin call), since that moment all funds are considered as bonus funds.

The 30% bonus agreement that I agreed did not mention that my equity cannot less than the bonus fund.
I did not violate any clause in that agreement, now Instaforex accuse me with the clause that does not even exist in that agreement.
If bonus fund is not to be used to trade, why Instaforex still offering bonus to clients?

The snap shot that Antifraud department sent me is quite questioning (see below), it shows my equity dropped below the margin requirement, but in fact my margin requirement is far below my equity, that is an untrue snap shot.😡
The Antifraud department want me to deposit USD5000, otherwise all my balance including profit and capital deposited will be confiscated by Instaforex.😭 That is so unfair for me.

You are the BIGGEST Scam i have ever seen

1) Look at your Conditions : After 1000 $ they make leverage 1:600 from 1:1000 without any mail.
2) they can change ANY ! Conditions without any mail
3) we cannot close order < 5 min and cannot open Hedge < 5 min. Just pause between 2 orders must be > 5 min
4) requotes - 95% of time we cannot open even order out of quotes...out of quotes...out of quotes...out of quotes
5) You Spread 30 pips with your idiot REBATE partner what give back 1.5 spread after your blow up....such partners make you open more lots in flat to reqover something by rebate - and it is stoopid. I saw a lot strategies based at this. Finnaly all blow up
6) non regulated Broker at all....
7) it is not ECN
8) you cannot close by 1 position more +20% of your Equity (lot risk or +++big pips)

All of this you can read in their Scam Rules!!! And this is GOOD BROKER ????????? ))) haha

PS: you cannot withdrawal profit more your deposit. Also i was 2 years their Partner and they canceled my Partnership and all my clients and my IB + Rebate. than i started to trade at insta and all time they blocked my deposit with some new rules (but i know every rules). They can show you new link with new Additional Rule if need to block your deposit forever

К тому же у вас не будет возможности отписаться от рассылки, т.к. в письмах рассылки, как положено, отсутствует ссылка для отписки. I use instaforex for real trading more than 2 years. Things run fairly smooth. Occasionally withdrawal is slow, so patience is needed. Thier customer service is good, and all such problems are solved by contact them.
Hope they can do better in the future.

So far so good. The platform is fast, bug-free and easy to use. They have the latest Trading platform which is the Meta Trader 5 and they also have a Web-Trader Platform. The spreads are tight which usually 3 pips for the major currency pairs. Overall a satisfied trader.

Scam broker!! Avoid..
If you want to deposit, sure real fast.. when you want to withdraw, you might need to face their so-called "anti fraud department" first before withdrawal approve.

When bad broker running out of cash, they would try to cut off their client money and make no good excuse to reject client withdrawal.. what a shame.

Я на Инсте с2013 года пока проблем нет. И вывожу и пополняю без проблем Были моменты слива баланса, проверял графики с другими брокерами - разность не большая. Я бы её вообще разностью не назвал. Было что с 12 центов 1500 баксов за месяц поднимал, и после как их вывел улыбался. Короче пока они МОЛОДЦЫ...
