Moutaz, as usual thanks for your questions and the positive approach. You of course forgot to mention that this account isn't participating in the contest.

We just checked, indeed there was a problem with the execution.

Being used to your cynical approach I'm sure you will immediately render my response as another scam and there is nothing I can say or do that will make you change your mind. However in case you really are interested in the truth here's what happened (and it's our fault): we have much less servers dealing with demo accounts then the live accounts, for obvious reasons, and it reached the point where there were more users and orders than metatrader could handle. We fixed it today (unfortunately only a bit after you unsuccessfully tried to execute the order). It should run more smoothly now and we are adding more servers anyway.

Please keep up the good vibe!

Cheers,
Ben

Your comment is in place. However put yourself in our shoes where hundreds of paid trolls attack us on all forex forums non stop trying to harm our reputation.
You want a proof? Scroll up in the discussion and see someone attacking us and then when confronted admitting he doesn't really have an account with us - so on what are his comments based? Personal experience or prejudice?

The fact is that our technology, despite its flaws which we are ready to acknowledge, is far more superior to almost all other brokers and this is what drives their hatred and these trolling comments. None of our competitors was able to provide a genuine MT4 ECN even a year after we launched ours.

Oh, and do you think that this person really needed customer service or did he just try to blacklist us?
Those who require customer service turn to customer services representatives first and not forums. Only after they are not satisfied should they do that and this seems not be the case here.

Customer Service' job is to fix the problems, and not react emotionally calling people 'trolls'. Where I come from, the customer is always right and companies fix the problem, and better yet, prevent them before they happen. That is the sign of a good company people will want to do business with.

The customer may always be right but these two are not customers apparently and are your everyday paid trolls.

i think just reading your posts and the way you try to change the subject into personal issues shows all the weaknesses you have
any honest broker when he has a case he runs to fix it but instead you run and jump to blame others
suppose all of us here are paid (as you like to convince yorself and others) does that change the illness of your opperations ans the sickness of treating customers
i know that a potential customer is as important as the exsisting one and i hope you do not treat your customers(if you have any) in the same sick manner as you do here

stop acting like an angel and act like a pro
i know it's difficult for you but at least give it a try

first you claimed to have a problem in the contest accounts and you fixed it after forcing so many participants to lose
then by a miracle the problem moved to accounts not included in the contest
so if the contest accounts ans other demo accounts are have troubles ten what kind of accounts aren't so

i will tell you one thing

everybody know the s..t and will never step on it
whatever you try to convince others everybody has a clear view about you

moutaz, thank you for your comment.

Actually you are the one who made it personal branding us scammers just because of a technological glitch. When your Sony flatscreen TV has a glitch and then Sony goes and fixes it - do you go to forums and call Sony scammers or do you thank them for their customer service?
With us it seems that you took the former approach rather than the latter.

There's a huge difference between saying that certain broker's technology is incompatible for your requirements or trading style or that from time to time it, just like with any other broker, glitches and immediately calling that broker a scammer. What does that make of you as a person when you so easily use such a word? We invested a year and half of development and almost $2 million in our ECN technology yet it isn't perfect, no software is. I understand people get emotional at competitions and I certainly understand how frustrating it may have been to not being able to close your orders, yet calling us scammer is outrageous.
Regarding the credit in/outs - this is how the software works. If you don't like it you can choose other broker/software to trade with, it's perfectly alright as it's a free market. But there are many who do prefer it for their own reasons, and they have read the manual before using it.

I never blamed you for this glitch and from beginning said we take responsibility for it and that it's our fault. I initially thought it affected only contest demo accounts but was later told it affected all demo accounts. I then went ahead and explained that while the first glitch was due to incompatibility with one of our LPs the second was because we had insufficient number of demo servers. Yet again, it's our responsibility.
I could have kept saying that only contest's demo accounts were affected but I haven't because it wasn't true. I'm sorry if that doesn't qualify as customer service with you. I wonder then what does.

By the way, no participant 'lost' due to the glitch - only 4-5 people have approached us either directly, through customer support or through myfxbook itself and all of them had their orders filled and errors were corrected to the best of their satisfaction.

Regarding paid trolls: There were many posters here who tried to badmouth us, and were immediately exposed. If you scroll back and read all the comments you'll see this happening in at least two occasions.

Unfortunately it seems that your attitude towards us is linked directly to your trading results. There's nothing I can do about it. I'm sorry if you will choose not be our customer in the future. I've done my best to address your problems and questions but it seems that nothing is good enough for you.

P.S. We are the only broker that doesn't execute demo orders in house. This is why you have experienced more problems with our demo accounts than with other brokers. This alone is a good indication of how we do business.
If demo accounts were executed in house you'd never experience any problems and would have thought we are a great broker. However this is a naive approach as many brokers execute both demo and live accounts in house leading you to believe that this is how actual market works. You chose not to understand this fact and assumed that because there are technological problems on demo accounts execution this makes us scammers. If you are an objective person you should give this another thought now.

Thats correct.

One of my biggest orders had not been closed at the take profit price. I contacted myfxbook regarding that. Then, MyFxBook forwarded my issue to FxOpen who in their turn filled my take profit order at my assigned price. I was satisfied with that rapid reaction.

Hi Falk,

I'm glad to hear that. As I previously stated we are working to increase the number of demo servers so that trading on demo would be as easy as on live accounts.

Scarface - it's ironic how paid bloggers such as yourself never actually do their homework before trying to badmouth other brokers you are paid to badmouth. What broker do you work for?

Our ECN is as real as it gets, tested by thousands of independent traders, and aside of a few biased 'traders' such as yourself there were never complaints about it 'not being real'. If you have proofs it's fake please post them here or anywhere else on the internet. We both know the only thing you have is a keyboard and lots of fake negativity.
The feed is coming from one of largest liquidity providers in this market who is also using our software itselfl. If there was even a slight suspicion something is wrong this feed would have been disabled long time ago.

I won't comment on other brokers' 'MT4 ECN', but I can only say this: what they advertise is not always what it is, most of them lack sufficient liquidity to actually provide real ECN.

And lastly, how do I know you lie? There are no requotes on ECN. You never even tested this platform and just scream the only thing you know even if it makes no sense.

My advice to you: don't quit your day job to become a paid blogger.

As for the rest of you, as I said, you are entitled to your own opinion though from reading comments here it seems you either had a prejudiced opinion against the company for whatever reason or formed it based on your inability to profit on ECN just like you maybe profit on market making demo accounts, where it's easier but it doesn't reflect the real market. With us, it's identical.

Ben,
Just for check... something. Is there any forbidden (by you) methods of trading?

You are entitled to your own opinion.
Yet there are brokers who give you 'absolutely perfect' execution on demo accounts in order to draw you in and then they bite you in the ass on live trading. As said, we have nothing to hide and I do say we are receiving complaints regarding this group but not others, we are checking this on technical side.
If you think that 'absolutely perfect' execution on demo accounts is a proof of brokers' integrity then you are naive.
As you have nothing to demonstrate repeating your opinions doesn't strengthen them, on the contrary.

'Perfect work' in demo account, specially for a contest, is the 'entry level' for a broker service, not the top level.
You, before, wrote about problems only on this demo contest group, now you write there was problems on all ECN demo.
I have write nothing about honesty of FxOpen as broker, sound strange and out of topic your words about 'integrity' and honesty....
Many thanks anyway, now that I have tasted the public relations of FxOpen I have lost any little idea to open an account with this broker.

Judging by your comments from the beginning you never had such an intention in the firstplace but rather used this thread to throw dirt at us, even though you are not listed in this competition, never traded with us and do not really know anything about us except what prejudiced people like you write on other forums.

It is really weird.... Until that post I thought to not publish anything. But! You do offense person that I really know and may say he is Senior Programmer and hyper fair man!
You have no rights to talk about anyone w/o knowing him. And to spare 'blah-blah' I have to say: I was your REAL client! And *I have* proofs! Just waiting to get your answer on previous post....
