Canada ADP Employment Change
In Canada, the change in total nonfarm payroll employment is tracked by the ADP Canada National Employment Report over a 12-month period, and it is based on transactional payroll data from organizations that use ADP Canada. There are more than 2 million employees working in the following industries which are represented by the data: manufacturing, construction, natural resources and mining, trade/transportation and utilities, information, finance/real estate, professional/business services, including professional/technical, management of companies, and administrative and support; education and health care, including educational services and health care leisure and hospitality and other services including public administration.
A higher than expected figure should be seen as positive (bullish) for the CAD while a lower than expected figure should be seen as negative (bearish) for the CAD.
