In fact, maybe you must configure your FTP connection (tools -> options -> FTP tab). See here to have more help : http://www.myfxbook.com/help#help_30

I have "No connection" , am I alone with that?? Others, can you trade already ?

May be it was supposed to be the other way around - which would make more sense?
