In fact, maybe you must configure your FTP connection (tools -> options -> FTP tab). See here to have more help : http://www.myfxbook.com/help#help_30

I have "No connection" , am I alone with that?? Others, can you trade already ?

I see that 0.01 is min lot size, but the min lot step is set to 0.1. Why is that? There is no point in having min lot of 0.01 if the smallest lot increase is 0.1.
May be it was supposed to be the other way around - which would make more sense?
