Hi, you must have closed trades in the history and the connection will be done automatically.

In fact, maybe you must configure your FTP connection (tools -> options -> FTP tab). See here to have more help : http://www.myfxbook.com/help#help_30

The only server I see is SquaredMT4-Live. and it doesn't like the user name and password I was sent upon registering.
