Dear Staff,

How often the charts will be updated?
Since my medium widget update only the calculation, the charts not updated since few days ago.

Please check

It should be updated with the data.

We've fixed it manually - we'll apply the fixes during the weekend so it won't happen again.

hartnet, it appears that your account stopped sending data to our servers, hence why your account stopped updating.

Usually, clicking on the 'test' button in the publisher settings windows or restarting MetaTrader solves it.

If it doesn't, please check the publisher settings.

where can i get the following info again:

1. FTP server
2. FTP password

Ftp server is ftp.myfxbook.com:21

Password is the same password you use to log in to Myfxbook.

The FTP login can be found in the settings area - let us know if you can't find it.

Please download the original statement here: https://www.myfxbook.com/pages/statement.zip and extract it into the templates folder of your MetaTrader installation directory.
