Hilbert Transform - Phase of the Dominant Indicador

HTDCPhase returns the Hilbert Transform Phase of the Dominant Cycle. The Dominant Cycle Phase lies in the range of 0 to 360 degrees. Its transition from 360 to 0 degree can be used to detect the start of a new cycle when price is in cyclic mode. Departure from constant rate change of phase can be used to detect the end of a cycle mode.
