spreads area great on their spread betting account better than IG markets where they randomly widen spreads anyhow so i switched to pepper stone.

Pepperstone only allows you to withdraw to the bank account or crypto method you used for your deposit. It would be much better if withdrawals were also possible to accounts not used during deposits.

Easy to use. Cash withdrawals in small amounts are very fast. Less than 1 day. However, withdrawals over USD2,000.00 take more than 3 days.

When I visited the Pepperstone website I was interested in cTrader copy trading. After I was satisfied with trying the copy trading demo account,
I subscribed to the live account of 2 strategy providers, namely "MALAYSIA & MRO".
The first few months I suffered losses although not total loss. At this time Pepperstone let me down.
However when I started to profit and made a withdrawal, I received an email (on JUL 9, 2025) as follows:
"Dear YETI WIWIK SAFITRI, Thanks for submitting your recent withdrawal request. It came to our attention that there was no trading activity
in your trading account, and we would like to check if everything is fine or if you had any issues." I explained that the withdrawal was from
a copy trading account. Pepperstone replied to my email and apologized for the confusion. I thought the issue was resolved and continued copy
trading as usual.
However, on August 2, 2025, I received another e-mail:
"Dear Yeti Safitri, We hope this email finds you well. Kindly note that Pepperstone is a trading service company and as such we expect that any
client funding/withdrawal is associated with trading activity. We provide our clients access to the Trading Platforms in good faith and considering
the above, please keep in mind that funding/withdrawing without associated trading activity may result in us exercising our right to
terminate our business relationship with you at our discretion as per our T&C's. Thank you for your understanding."
This time I decided to close the account with Pepperstone.
