CHALLENGE -- 1000 $ to 10 000 $ in 5 weeks is it really possible

I think it is possible, I have develop a system that will make me fill no pain, I started yesterday 30th august,2012 but my strategy is to get back your invested funds within two weeks so I have open a demo to test it on $1000 and $10,000 account, this strategy posses no stress and risk very low, I usually generate the signals by 6 GMT - 7 GMT and place a pending orders, though the pips are low but they are sure a winning pips.

I placed it manually, kindly follow the link to see the progress as this strategy is to see a trader gets back their equity within 2 weeks without stress and low risk.

It's possible, but only a few can do this over and over again - those who are trading with a successful trading system and a money management in place, otherwise, you're doomed to fail from the start.

Yeah, I have to agree with this sentiment. Demo accounts are worthless when attempting to show proof of concept for these type of major runs. I mean if you ant to see what a real attempt at a rapid gain looks like, then check out one of my old accounts. http://www.myfxbook.com/members/fughe/mt4-2731/211504
It ran over a 12 month period (about 240 trading days). That gives me a daily avg of slightly over 5%/day. Huge gains are possible, but I can tell you, doing this was very stressful. A person needs to factor their health into the equation. What good will it do a person to be rich if they are spending it all on medical bills????? Better to let an account grow at a reasonable, steady pace.

@fughe Demo accounts are not always worthless - it depends if a trading strategy is used or one is always betting the farm. If the first, then you should get almost identical trading results (assuming of course you're taking the same risks).
I agree that going for huge returns definitely adds unnecessary stress to your trading.

But, you have to remember, this is a test to have massive account growth and, in forex trading, a HUGE part of the trading is psychology. I have seen systems work great in backtesting, but almost no one is capable of trading them because they cannot handle them psychologically when applied to real money.
In a demo account, the psychological aspect is removed entirely. So, I still say demo accounts are useless when attempting to prove cases such as this.
Now, for nothing more than seeing how a system could theoretically perform....yeah, a demo account could be of use. But not to test real world validity. I suppose I wasn't very clear on that point. :)
Anyway, now you understand what i was implying.
Make losses, but always come out a winner at the end.

Demo is not reliable to present result especially with higher lot. Its not the same to close 10lots on demo and 10lots on real account per position.
