Custom analysis problems

I have an EA and manual trades running on an account. When I do an analysis on my manual trades only, it gives me the 'apparently you have made no trades' error (attached) but there were definitely some trades. Any ideas?

I have been using myfxbook for years though.
The trades were closed and do not show - a small detail I omitted from my o p.
