Open history that everybody can judge if it is martingale. It always starts with 0.01 lot and keep increasing as it goes to bigger DD. It has traded over 5 standard lots when in big DD. IT IS A MARTINGALE as per any definition of martingale.
This EA is on the other web (mql5) and we can see that DD is 51.5% and entire history.

I can vouch that his system is a martingale system on eurchf and usdchf correlation. So not to be truthful about your system is a disgrace.
He completely ignored other reasons he shouldn't post here...Or maybe his excuse is that he technically didnt lie, he didnt say "NO, its not"... he said its pure speculation.
That should clear things up.

1- you can find your answers by checking summary, very easy to find out that a system is martingale or not.
About scalping, average win is 22pips , again you can check summary and see each pairs pips and number of trades.
2- i am offering a system that that competes with bank interest rates, i’m just showing investors a system which is stable and safe, A system that they can rely on, so t matter is with lowest risk possible how it works.

right ... max DD must be not high than 25% ... 20-25% ...
if profit stable from 12-15% month or more ...
other systems use martingale & trading with big lots & no stop ...
it very risky if long trend up\or down ....

yes indeed its all speculation there are many people who want the system because its so succesfull. The DD is very low for 4 years of trading and very few ea's survived that long.
