First please don't try martingale systems.
martingale is very very very bad trading strategy for all traders even pro trader

I use this strategy but I am different ! you can use it when you are sure sure and sure about market trend

one mistake in martingale system means call margin !

be careful

Big question:

Are you good for trading or not?

you must answer these question?

1- Can you control yourself in your personal life when some thing or someone annoy you or make you crazy ?
2- Do you enjoy in amusement park's machine or scare?
3- Do you enjoy when you are watching terrible movies or scare?

If your answer is :
1- I can control myself always
2- I enjoy in park
3- Enjoy

It means you have enough potential to control yourself in FX.

you must know yourself are you good for trading?

are you cool or nervous

if you are nervous person you are not good for trade go go and don't come back you will lose all your life

Forex is not game
Forex is not gumble


if you have extra money and you don't know what to do with them. pay them to UNICEF

about my trade in powerfull trend (like gold last week)

I did not catch the gold will move 200$ in 2 days only ! it was unique movie in a gold history!

I just look at M1 and M5 time frame so when you have strong trend you can understand by combine the charts
M1 to H4

when you wil see the market is going up or down and in all time frame you can see strange movement you can guess the market trend is very power full then you can trade heavy lot and go out very soon (or use martingale system for short time)
this is very important because some time powerful trend will reverse very very fast .

in powerful trend you should open and close positions very soon.

So when you look market price movement you can understand this market is so active and trend is very power full

Josep More, I appreciate you sharing what you love. There is nothing more powerful than this. I enjoy reading what you have to say and the psychological state that is required to trade FX. I myself study and trade the market and it's brilliant seeing your thoughts of view as every trader is different and perhaps that is something we must begin to accept as well as respect.

That was a big hit Josep, it must be very stressing situation considering the huge ammounts risked. I am sure you will recover soon

then start your trading again ......

suddenly I open my eyes and just close all my position and uninstall MT4 platform and go out

no body can't stand up you , you must kill your id yourself 😉

Good to see you back Josep, we are learning a lot from your own experience, I hope you recover soon.

Indeed Greed...anyway you could have been greedy and kept a reasonable risk management but you'd bet the farm. I can see from your trades and your attitude that you are a n able trader. Losses like that will be a joke to you in a while.

I don't know why my gain in myfxbook is -20% ! I have earned profit always in my account ! how they calculate this I am surprised ! 😱

We should chose between 2 things BUY/SELL

It mean our chance for win is 50% - brokers spread

then why we are loser ? 😲

in my opinion 50:50% chances of winning is not correct. I do have experience in the market so the percentages are way lower. I cannot back up my statement but just my experience is telling me that I have lower ratio.

Its pretty simple actually.

When we opening trades, either buy or sell, doesnt matter which one, we will and always will, start in negative. From that, we have to fight through it until we get positive. 😝

Conclusion, broker always gets their share first no matter how you look at it. 😇

chance to win for each trade
is depend on your profit and lose target and spread it's not 50-50 if you are scalper but for long term traders it's very near to 50-50


you can calculate it by this simple method

Spread = 2 pips .
your SL is 100 pips
your TP is 100 pips

to win you need 102 pips
to lose you need 98 pips

well you chance to win is 48%

spread=2 pips
your sl is 10
and your tp is 10

to win you need 12 pips
to lose you need 8 pips

your change to win is: 33%


for spread 3 you can calculate it yourself
