Not sure if you tried looking for videos on YouTube. But here's a good intro PHP video I found on YouTube, about 2 hours long:
You can also try this guy... there's ALOT of tutorials on his site on just about anything, including HTML, PHP and Javascript:

I'm not sure what you are specifically interested in, but I assume you want to learn how to build websites and web apps with PHP and JavaScript, I had a quick look through the SimonSez tutorials and they are actually very good for beginners, and best of all completely FREE:
I suggest starting here to get a good understanding of HTML, which you need to better understand PHP and JavaScript:
After that you can look at his PHP Course here:
And you will also need to look at MySQL - database that you need for PHP:
And then finally you can look at these two tutorial series on JavaScript and Angular JS ( Angular is used to develop Java Apps):
Hope this gets you started.... should keep you busy for a long time :)
