I have just bought the EA and with my luck I have 11 losses in a row what is wrong do the EA needs a version upgrade?

I'm getting a bit worried 17 losses in a row and it became worse when you increased the lot size to try and make-up for the losing trades. Please tell me what is happening or should I just ask for a refund?

I personally don't trust EA for me manual trading is the best https://www.myfxbook.com/members/Mr_PIP/darwintrader/1199757. You better ask for refund.
