One more point. I lost $3.200 and my average winning trade is around $200. To recover this loss EA must make 15 winning trades. Statistically CTP has ratio 1:95 which means in average after recovery it should make 80 winning rates till next SL.

People here blame brokerage firms which have opposite positions againist us and big investors. Doug price is a good guy. We only need to calculate a new stop loss . Everyone is free to choose from 200 to 330 . i think. A stupid man can offer a stop loss to 700 pips and more. And you are right. But statistically %8 possible to have a drawdown in 10 trades after any draw down. There is no quarantee every DD AFTER WE WAIT MINIMUM W OR 3 MONTHS until THE SECOND DD . it is illogical. It is just a chance)

I fear here about 4 draw down following each other . it can also occur as a dooms day for ctp so maybe CHANCE IS 1 /25000 for this day so we need 25000 CTP TRADES to reach this also meaning 80 years ))). This is real life every thing can happen positively and negatively.

Wow !!! 9.4% of all of this years profits lost on one trade (22nd Sept 2015). That's going to have hurt someone no doubt.

I was partially interested in this system until I saw that the bulk of the profits made where when it was trading 9 to 12 lot's per pip back in april/may 2015.
I'm always cautious about ANY system that shows and exponential growth as they ALWAYS blow up for one reason or another.
2 losses back to back at 12 Lots per pip would see 40% of this years profits disappear.

The creator of Rev Trader Pro using the fake name and photo of Doug Price is now trying to scam people with a different EA ? Again with Synergy FX used as a broker ? There is clearly something shady with this broker, and I talked with Vlad, who first exposed Rev Trader Pro http://www.jltrader.com/2015/01/02/dont-buy-the-hype-rev-trader-pro/ and he said he'll investigate and notify ASIC about this.

I assume you haven't tried any of Doug's EA's? I have purchased all, including REV Trader Pro. I can vouch that they work. This scam broker thing is getting quite tiring sorry.

Ana_ane. I'm very glad I did not listen to nonsense tumors like that when I decided to buy channel trader vortex trader and pivot trader. You obviously haven't owned any of these systems.

I agree with gwindy - I'm running his EA's as well on a different broker than Synergy, and they work great. Don't criticize him or his products unless you have grounds to stand on.
Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing.

I don't seem to get slippage with Pepperstone. I have a forexVPS with them in NY so I get 1ms to the trading server which seems to help.

That's why - you full of brain - I paid 800 usd to this EA!! okey! and evensted lot's of lost money!!! and now huge DD!!!!
and I won almost 1200 usd and I lost 10,000, now you do the calculations!! and it might be with lost another 5000 usd!!!

not lucky when we start using an EA when the EA is in its bad moves... you have to wait to recover your lost. if the EA is able to continue its good win ratio, you'll recover in about 2 months and between 20 to 50 winning trades. :)
I found the risk setup (on the demo account) too high, 1 loosing trade could be 25% of the account, which is really big when the recommendation is 2 to 3% of the account only.
