When were things ever going well? all I see is losses for the last 4 months. Fake account makes sense, trades in the beginning with a 5k account aren't believable.

EA is still profitable but not as before. I had really nice trades GBPUSD lately.
You can check my account and analyse by Magic Number. I have done minor changes to setfiles mainly to Dis2Order

hello traders here, i am not sure if you guys ever found out REV will close your positions automatically even they are in negative profit. right now is April 17, 2015, the broker time is 18:00, my 3 negative positions of AUDUSD were closed by ea itself during my sleeping.
i noticed the Birts Testing acct also closed in negative, but the vendor's acct still keep those positions.
i use the default setfile sent by vendor and never touch it again !
Can everyone who are using this ea still tell you ever or having the same issues?
Or Doug yourself if you see my post here, can you advise why is that ???????

One would have thought that with the huge amount used in buying this EA,
you would get an excellent performance, but this EA has been poor this year.
I think this EA needs to be smarter, atimes, it places SELL order foolishly

After spending $697 to purchase this EA, and with the results i have gotten for the last 4 months,
i would say its a big regret buying this product.
I would advise intending buyers to save your money for better things than wasting your hard earned money.

Yup. Now there's Doug's latest & greatest ea showing up in my box some pivotpro crap. All I have to say is "fool me once, shame on you. fool me twice, shame on me.". It'll be a cold day in hades before I buy anything else from "Doug Price".

Hi Agree with alcohn, Doug is a big cheater, I had purchased two of his products and wasted my time and money. If you want losses, waste your time and money then buy his products.

i have just received a promotion email from Doug Price the vendor of REV for his new ea Pivot Trader Pro. I went through the whole pages about this ea and then i found out the all trading theories he implemented into this new ea Pivot Trader Pro is exactly the same thing as REV.
i wrote a reply message to him and would like share with everyone here:

Doug, if you are such confidence with this ea, then why don't you spend more time on REV which are expected by most of your followers and buyers to enhance its performance?
as you see, the performance of REV is not matchable to its price since last December, of course you did make some changes but still my invested money to this ea has not back yet!
if you are a serious programmer and responsible business people, you should regain your credit from all of disappointment of us by applying the same trading theories you implemented in this new ea.

Like all of REV users here, this ea performance right now is far from our expectation. I'd assume we all have the same feelings when you see his email for Pivot Trader Pro EA.
I see there are lot of negatives and strong words here and I also got lots of negative profits since the purchasing last December, so i would ask everyone here a simply question: WHO IS LYING? WHO IS CHEATER?
I would rather think i am wrong about this here, and i am hoping if Doug Price would reply my email or reply here to make the thing clear, shouldn't he!

There are 2 things that I have noticed here. The first thing is, does this EA still work?
Historically this EA has taken a 20.77 percent draw down. I tend to do a custom analysis from February 28 and this EA took higher risk prior to this, hence the massive reward. I'm guessing the author did this to boast his returns to look better commercially. A little dodgy but no big deal. I just adjust the stats. Monthly return of about 6.99 and a total gain of about 168.91 as of today.
The drawdown for this period is 14.05. Since January this ea has drawn down 7.78, still only half of its historical max, since Feb. One thing I have noticed is that it has made losses 3 month in a row., but OK for me I still use this EA and haven't red flagged it yet.
The second thing and more relevant to traders using this is. This EA draws down a lot DURING NEWS, I mean to get better results out of it you must mange it. Disable certain pairs during news. or at least monitor it and have some kind of structured plan for news events.
The AUDUSD was a new event also from memory 2-3 pairs hit maximum stop loss about a month ago due to Farmers payroll. Had you not traded in these volatile time's you would probably making profit. I notice this EA does trade during these times. So un-managed. But if you see all signal providers that suffer massive drawdown is usually during a new event. Cesar was a good example. Anyway my 2 cents worth

REV and Pivot are not the same at all. I'll try to comment further on it tomorrow.
